Revolution Design 1992
The second Rev 1 design that Jørgen did for the team was done alongside the design for four rokkaku kites in preparation for a trip to the USA. The first venue was Denver, the second Lubbock.
We were hoping to have a set of this design re-made in 2020 in the 'Zen' format. They finally arrived in March 2022.
Plans for 1992 design in Zen format, March 2021.
Team set as for Denver/Lubbock 1992
Additional sails as from original set 1992
New sails arrived 28th March 2022.
This project was started immediately after the Portsmouth event in 2019.
There were delays in obtaining materials due to shipping issues amongst other things. Special thanks to Martin Lester and Randy Tom as well as Revolution for helping us realise this project.

Cervia 2025, Decorators Not Zens with Jørgen Møller Hansen Roks 28th April
In 1992 Jørgen did a second design for the Revolution kite and also designed and made a set of four rokkaku kites. A trip to Denver and the AKA meeting at Lubbock followed but the team did not really get to fly the Revs and Roks together.
The framing and bridling of the roks has been modified over the last couple of years and the roks have been stacked however this flight at Cervia 2025 was probably the first time the kites have been flown singly together.
Longer lines may be needed to realise this project as in this session Rev fliers kept on flying too high and seeing their kites fall out of the sky!
The Not Zens were fabricated in 2022 based on the 1992 graphic.

Cervia 2024, Tuesday 30th April
Following on from 2022 another attempted flight of the stacked 1992 Rokkaku sails and the 1992 Rev design in Not Zen format by Jørgen Møller Hansen.
It was a short flight as the windspeed was not quite sufficient to keep the stack in the air.
